Mayor Wilson offered motion that the executed copies of the Notice of Called M.eetirr to be held at L:00 o'clock P.M. on September 16, 196c, be received and filed. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Davis, Hornsby, Kressenberp, Parrott and Mayor Wilson (5). Commissioner Davis offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Hornsby, that the letter of Edward T. Hannan & Associates, Inc. dated September 15, 1965, to the Board of Commissioners relative to certain bids received for the construction of Sewerage Exten- sions Contract A - 1961, be recei,,ed and filed. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Davis, Hornsbv, Kressenherr, Parrott and Mavor Wilson (5). Commissioner Kressenberr offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Davis, ab -- follows: WHEREAS it appears from a letter of September 15, 1965 from Edward T. Hannan Associates, Inc, repardine certain bids for the construction of Seweraee Extensions Contract. A - M.5, that Wilkins Construction Company, Inc_ the apparent low bidder, failed to include a Statement of Bidder's Qualifications as required by the contract documents, and that Littleton, Inc. did not complete such Statement of Qualifications, I now therefore mo -.-e that the bids for such construction submitted by said ?'Wilkins Construction Company, Inc. and Littleton, Inc. received and filed by this Board on September 1L, 1965, he, andi the same are hereby, reiected. Adopted on call of theRoll, Yeas, Commissioners Davis, Hornsby, Kressenberr, Parrott and P•'avor Wilson (5). Accept Lid I/ Commissioner Parrott offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Kressenberr, that E.A.Sullivan i Sewerape an ordinance entitled "AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF E. A. SULLIVAN, INC. IPJ THE Extensions Contract A IV AMOUNT OF :±239,1.81,.80 FOR THE CONSTRUCTIO14 OF SEl•1ERAGE EXTENSIONS CONTRACT A - 1965 FOR THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY; DECLARING SAID BID TO BE THE LOWEST RESPONSIBLE BID RECEIVED AND DECLARING SAID BIDDER TO BE THE LOWEST RESPONSIBLE BIDDER; AUTHORIZING THE I; i CITY MANASER TO EXECUTE, 014 BEHALF OF SAID CITY, A CONTRACT FOR SUCK CONSTRUCTION AND FRESCRIBING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SUCH CONTRACT", be introduced and remain on fila' fcr at least, one (1) week for public inspection in tFe completed form in which it shall 1 e pu•. upon its final passage.
