At a Called Meetine of the Board of Commissioners held in the Commission Chamber
of the City Hall, Paducah, Kentucky, at 7:30 P.M. on September 7, 1965, Mayor Wilson

presided and upon call of the Roll, the followine answered to their names: Commissioner
Davis, Kressenbere, Parrott and Mayor Wilson (4), Commissioner Hornsby being, absent (1).
Mayor Wilson offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Davis, that the executed

copies of the Notice of Called Meeting to be held at 7:30 P.M. on September 7, 1965,
be received and filed. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Davis,
Kressenber,, Parrott and Mayor Wilson (4).

Mayor Wilson made the following appointment: It appearing that the term of
Housine Com.
J. L. Munal, Jr. as a member of the City of Paducah Municipal Housing Commission expired
on July 22, 1969, I hereby, subiect to the approval of the Board of Commissioners of the
City of Paducah, appoint C. C. McDowell as a member of such Commission for a term of
four (6) years expiring July 22, 1969, so that said Commission as now constituted shall
it
be composed of the followine members:
Pierce Lackey'whose term expires July 22, 1966
Morris 1dcHride whose term expires July 22, 1967

follows: It appears that Isaac Tharp, owner or property alone Levin Avenue desires the
extension of a F inch water main .from the existine 6 inch main on Levin Avenue in a

northerly direction 890 feet to the existing 8 inch main on Park Avenue, to furnish
domestic water and fire protection to his property.
I therefore mo -e that the petition of Isaac Tharp, as recommended by the Commiss-
ior:ers of dater Works, he received and riled, and that the Paducah 'dater Works, throu;-h
its Poard of 'dater Cormissiorers, i,e authorized to extend the water main as requested,
