Parrott being absent..(1). Liabilitv Ins. Commissioner Davis offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Hornsby, that the W.T.11ilkinson i? Certificate of Insurance issued by The Fidelity and Casualty Company of New York to W. T. Wilkinson and the City of Paducah., Kentucky, for a period of one year from September (. Iames D. Humphrey, temporary laborer in the Street Division of the Public 14, 1961, be received, approved and filed. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Davis, Hornsby, KressenberF and flavor Wilson (4). Report of Elec.; Commissioner Davis offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Hornsby, that the Plant Board Sewer fees letter of August 26, 1965 to the Mayor and Board of Commissioners, from Leon T. Adopted on call of the Roll,,, Ij Yeas, Commissioners Davis, Hornsby, Kressenberg and Mayor Wilson (h). j Accept Bid Commissioner Kressenberr offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Davis that West Kentucky Pavinr Co. an ordinance entitled: "AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A resurface v streets CONTRACT WITH WEST KENTUCKY PAVING COMPANY FOR THE RESURFACING OF VARIOUS STREETS IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, INCLUDING THE RAISING AND RESETTING OF MANHOLES, CATCH BASINS AND 1.7ONUMENTS, AND PRESCRIBING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SAID CONTRACT", be adopted.
