Favor Nilson offered motion, seconded by Commissioner ffornshv, that the reading of the Minutes forJuly 13 and 20, 1961 he waived and that the Minutes of said meetings prepared h.v the Citv Clerk he approved as written. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Davis, Hornshv, Kressenherr, Parrott and Mayor Wilson (5). Commissioner Davis offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Hornsbvy that the claim of Pearl Cooley, 1106 Aavfield Road, arainst the City for damages sustained by 1:e' he reason of an alleged defective sidewalk condition on North 6th Street, on June 12, 19(l, he compromised in the amount of 564.3P; and that the Treasurer pav said amount to her after serurinr a full and complete release. Commissioner Davis offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Hornsby, that the executed cop,, of the Contract of Julv 20, 196x, between the City of Paducah, the Greater Paducah Industrial Development Association, Inc and Reliance Diecastinp, Company, relaLinT to property of Pir Burlev Realtv, Inc. be received and filed. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Davis, Hornsby, Kressenherr, Parrott and Mavor Wilson (5). Commissioner Davis offered the followinf motion, seconded fv Commissioner Hornsby: I move that the Certificate of Insurance issued by United States Fidelity and Guaranty Companv to Reliable Advertising Companv, coverinr advertising 1,enches placed on the sidewalks in the Citv of Faducah, for a period of one vear from July 1.3, 1965, be recei^ed, appro+•ed and filed.
