City of Paducah April_ At a Called Meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the Commission Chamber of the City Hall, Paducah, Kentucky, at 10:00 A.M. on April 17, 1963, Mayor Cherry presided and upon call of the Roll the following answered to their names: Commissioners Gholson, Hornsby, Karnes and Mayor Cherry (4), Commissioner Fendley being absent (1). Mayor Cherry offered motion that the executed copies of the Notice of Called Meetins to be held on April 17, 1963, be received and filed. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Gholson, Hornsby, Karnes and Mayor Cherry (4). / Commissioner Gholson offered motion that the Certificate of Insurance issued by The Fidelity and Casualty Company of New York to Ray Black & William R. Black d/g/a Ray Black & Son and The City of Paducah, Kentucky, for a period of one year from April 15, 1963, be received, approved and filed. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Gholson, Hornsby, Karnes and Mayor Cherry (4). Commissioner Hornsby offered motion that the petition of Lester Little and wife, /Evelyn Little for permission to make one 3/4• inch connection to the existing 3 inch orate] pipe line located on Schneidman Road, known as the Schneidman Road water Line No. 1, for the purpose of furnishing water to one residence only upon property they own fronting 75 feet on the east side of Schneidman Road, in McCracken County, Kentucky, and outside the corporate limits of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, be received and filed, and that the request petitioned for therein be granted subject to the terms and conditions li in said petition. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Gholson, Hornsby, Karnes and Mayor Cherry (4). Water connec- If Commissioner Karnes offered motion that the petition of Dolia Burkhart for permissi tion, Dolia Burkhart 1<1 to make one 3.4 inch connection to an existing 6 inch water main owned by the Paducah Alpha Drive Farley Villace Nater Works so as to furnish water to one residence only or. Lot No. 4 in Block C of Farley Villare Subdivision fronting 70 feet on Alpha Drive in McCracken County, Kentucky, and outside the corporate limits of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, be received and filed, and the request petitioned for be granted, subject to the terms and conditions in said petition.
