HomeMy WebLinkAboutMinutes Book 25, Page 269, June 15, 1965Proceedings of Board of Commissioners City of Paducah June 15,,_ 1965 At a Called Meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the Commission Chamber of the City Hall, Paducah, Kentuckv, at 7:30 P.M. on June 15, 19(5, Mayor Milson presided and upon call of the Roll the following answered to their names: Commissioners Davis, Hornsby, Kressenberr, Parrott and Mayor Wilson (5), Mayor 'Wilson offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Davis that the executed copies of the Notice of Called Meetinr to he held at 7:30 P.M. on June 15, 1965, he received and filed. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Davis, Hornsby, Kressenber-, Farrott and Mayor Wilson (5). `a'.C.Younr Mayor Wilson made the following appointments: WHEREAS on February 23, 1964 the ter] Gresham Hourland Joaquin Seltzer. of G. Anthony Johnston as a member of the Urban Renewal and Community Development Agency appointed Urban Renewal of the City of Paducah expired, and Board P)HEREAS on the same date the term of1dilliam W. Foster as a member of said Arencv expires, and WHEREAS on February 23, 196s the term of Henry J. Batts as a member of said Arency expired. Now therefore, sub;ect to the approval of the Board of Commissioners, I hereby make the following appointments to said Arencv: W. C. Young whose term expires February 23, 1969 Gresham Hourland whose term expires February 23, 1968 Joaquin Seltzer whose term expires February 23, 1968 The other present members being - Noble Clark whose term expires February 23, 1966 Howard Woodall whose term expires February 23, 1967 Approve ✓ '' ' Commissioner Hornsby offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Davis, that the appointments ,.o Urtan Board of Commissioners approve the action of Thomas W.
