At a Called Meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the Commission
Chamber of the City Hall, Paducah, Kentuckv,•at 5:00 P.M. on May 27, 1965, Mayor 'Wilson
presided and upon call of the Roll the following answered to their names: Commissioners
Davis, Hornsby, Kressenberr, Parrott and Mayor Wilson (.5).
Mayor Wilson offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Hornsby, that the
executed copies of the Notice of Called Meeting to be held at 5:00 P.M. on May 27, 1965,
be received and filed. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Davis, Hornsbj
Kressenberr, Parrott and Mayor Wilson (5).
Letter City'Commissioner Davis offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Hornsby, that a
Manager re
sewer copy of the letter of May 27, 1965, from B. Cowles Mallory, City Manager, to the Mayor
prorram &
schedule and Commissioners relative to the Sewer Program, and the schedules attached thereto
be received and filed. I further move that the program set forth therein be ratified
and approved, and that this Board now declare its intent and policy to carry out the
same as promptly as possible. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Davis,
ornsby, Kressenberr, Parrott and Mayor Wilson (5).
Burns & d Commissioner Hornsby offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Davis, as

prepare & follows: I move that Burns & McDonnell be hereby authorized and directed to prepare
submit report
information I and submit as soon as possible a report covering the following information needed for
sale of bonds
1 sale of sewer bonds:
(a) An estimate of revenue available under the proposed new rate;
(h) Estimate of cost -of the proposed project; and

(c) A detailed time schedule for design and construction of both the

sanitary and relief sewer projects.
