Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Davis, Hornsby, Kressenberr, Parrott and Mayor Wilson (5). Liability Ins' CommissionerDavis offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Hornsby, that the Ray Black & Son Certificate of Insurance issued by The Fidelity and Casualty Company of New York to Ray Black 8• William R. Black, d/b/a Ray Black & Son and the City of Paducah, Kentucky, for a period of one year from April 15, 1965, be received, approved and filed.
