At a Called Meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the Commission
Chamber of the City Hall, Paducah, Kentucky, at 6:30 P.M. on May 20, 1965, Mayor
Wilson presided and upon call of the Roll the following answered to their names:
Commissioners Davis, Hornsby, K,ressenberv, Parrott and Mayor :Nilson (5),
Mayor Wilson offered motion that the executed copies of the Notice of Called
Meeting to be held at 6:30 o'clock P.M. on May 20, 1965, be received and filed. The
Motion was seconded by Commissioner Hornsby and adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas,
Commissioners Davis, Hornsby, Kressenberg, Parrott and Mayor Wilson (5).
Waive fees Commissioner Davis offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Hornsby, that
permits &
inspection all fees for permits and inspection of all work done in and on the building known as
Bie Burley
Mart Bldr. the Big Burley Mart by the Greater Paducah Industrial Development Association, Inc.,
' be waived. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Davis, Hornsby,
Kressenberr, Parrott and Mayor Wilson (5).
A,reement Commissioner Hornsby offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Davis, as
Edward T.
Hannan & Assoc follows: I move that the letter of Edward T. Hannan & Associates, Inc. dated

Sion Fir May 19, 1965, relative to the design and supervision of construction of a sewerage

extension to serve the proposed factory to be located at the Bir Burley Mart property,
providing for maximum fees of 9.2% of the construction contract price, be received and
filed. I further move that the City Mianaver be, and he is hereby, authorized
and directed to enter into, on behalf of the City, a contract for such services upon
the form normally used by the Kentucky Society of Professional Engineers, containing
in addition to the terms therein the terms contained in said letter, a copy of such
contract heinp filed herewith. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners
Davis, Hornsby, Kressenberr, Parrott and Mayor Wilson (5),
