iIAt a Called Mleeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the Commission Chamt
of the City Hall, Paducah, Kentucky, at 5:15 o'clock P.M. on March 16, 1965, Mayor Wilsc
presided and upon call of the Roll the following answered to their names, Commissioners
Davis, Hornsby, Parrott and Mayor Wilson (4), Commissioner Kressenberg being absent (1).
Mayor Wilson offered motion that the executed copies of the Notice of Called
Meeting to be held at 5:15 P.M. on March 16, 1965, be received and filed. Adopted on
call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Davis, Hornsby, Parrott and Ravor 'Wilson (1,).
Appoint Park Mavor Wilson made the following appointments: Subject to the approval of Phe
Board Members
Board of Commissioners of the Citv of Paducah, I hereby appoint the following people as

members of the Board of Park Commissioners of the City under the terms of an ordinance
adopted on October 2, 1964:
Mrs. Houston McNutt for a term of one year
1i Elmer C. Breidert for a term of two years
I) Miss Joaquin Seltzer for a term of two years
I! Arthur C. Herman for a term of three years
Michael Polashock for a term of three years
Dr. Andrew W. Morton for a term of four years
Donal D. O'Sullivan, M.D. for a term of four years

Approve Park i ✓ Commissioner Parrott offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Hornsby that the
Board- Members;

the Board of Park Commissioners of the City of Paducah, be approved and ratified:

Commissioner Hornsby offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Davis that

Charles Richard Stanley be employed as a policeman in the Police Department of the
City of Paducah at a berinninj- salary of $305.00 per month, effective April 1, 1965,
at 8:31 P.N., provided that by such time he furnishes, at his own expense, the City
! Manager with a satisfactory medical report as to his physical condition, including_

i an electrocardiogram. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Davis,
Hornsby, Parrott and Mayor Wilson U).
On motion the meeting adjourned.
