Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Davis, Hornsby, Kressenberp, Parrott and N.avor Wilson (5), Transfer I Commissioner Davis offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Hornsby, that the $3,100.00 to Pub. Imp/;I City Treasurer and Actinp City Manarer be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed Const. Fund to transfer the sum of $3,100.00 from the General Fund of the City, to Citizens Bank and Trust Company of Paducah for deposit to the credit of City of Paducah Public Improvement Construction Fund. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Davis, Hornsby, 11 Kressenberp, Parrott and Mayor Wilson (5), Terminate Commissioner Davis offered the following motion which was seconded by Commission + Juanita Phillips- Parrott: Upon recommendation of Art Seelye, Director of Parks & Recreation, I move that Parks the employment of Mrs. Juanita Phillips as Secretary and Clerk Typist in said department, he terminated as of March 8, 1965. I therefore move that the petition of the aforementioned property owners, as recommended by the Commissioners of Water Works, be received and filed, and that the Paducah Water Works, through its Board of Water Commissioners, be authorized to extend the water main as requested, and to install three fire hydrants thereon. I further move that the adoption of this motion be considered ab agreement on the part of the City of Paducah to pay the fire hydrant and main rental, as provided in the franchise, on the water main and hydrants referred to above, said rentals to begin when the water main and hydrants have been installed and placed in service.
