Commissioner Davis offered motion as follows: Upon the request and recommendati n of Cecil Trimble, head of the Maintenance Department, I move that Louis D. Armstronv be temporarily employed as a Maintenance Helper, effective February 12, 1965, at a salary of t2(,5.00 per month. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Davis, Hornsby, Kressenherv, Parrott and Mayor 'Wilson (5) Commissioner Hornsby offered motion that Frank F. Cousins be employed temporaril as Assistant Janitor, effective February 12, 1965 at $1.10 per hour. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Davis, Hornsby, Kressenberg, Parrott and Mayor Wilson 5). Commissioner Kressenbery offered the following motion: Upon the request and recommendation of Cecil Trimble, head of the Maintenance Department, I move that Grover C. Owen, a Maintenance Helper in said Department, be granted a leave of absence without pair, from Fehruary 12, 1965 throurh March 15, 1965. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas Commissioners Davis, Hornsby, Kressenberr, Parrott and P -Savor Wilson (5). Mayor Wilson offered motion that an ordinance entitled: 'IAN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 12 OF AN ORDINANCE ENTITLED: 'AN ORDINANCE PRESCRIBING RULES FOR THE BOARD OF COP24ISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, FIXING THE TIME FOR HOLDING REGULAR M—EETINGS OF SAID BOARD, AND REPEALING ALL RULES AND ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH', WHICH WAS ADOPTED ON DECEMBER 4, 1951, AND AMENDED ON JUNE 14, 195¢", be adopted. Adopted on call of the Roll „ Yeas, Commissioners Davis, Hornsby, Kressenberr, Parrott and Mw,or Wilson ( 5) . Commissioner Hornsbv offered the followinr motion: I move that the Board of Commissioners adopt the followinv findinvs of fact and judr-ment upon charges preferred -7 Paul Holland, Chief of the Police Department of the City of Paducah arainst Fred Dou�-h.ty, a member of said department.
