Settle Claim of Commissioner Parrott offered motion that the claim of Harlan Kelley (1326 Langst ff) Harlan Kelley j against the City in the sum of $18.50, for damages to his motor vehicle by Police car, on or about December 11, 1964 be allowed; and that the Treasurer pay said claim after securing a full and complete release. Borrow $130,000.00 Commissioner Davis offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Hornsby, that an I ordinance entitled`.'
