At a Called Meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the Commission Chamber
of the Citv Hall, Paducah, Kentucky, at 5:00 P.M. on December 29, 1964, Mayor Wilson
presided and upon call of the Roll the following answered to their names: Commissio
1 Davis, Hornsby, Kressenbere, Parrott and Mayor Wilson (5).
Mayor Wilson offered motion that the executed copies of the Notice of Called
Meetinr to be held at 5:00 P.M. on December 29, 1964, be received and filed. Adopted
on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Davis, Hornsby, Kressenberr, Parrott and
Mayor Wilson (5).
Tax exoneratighs Commissioner Hornsby offered motion that exonerations prepared and delivered by

II the City Treasurer being numbered 1186 thru 1187 inclusive be received and filed and
the amounts of same totaling $23.21: be exonerated on -the tax bills shown and designated

by said exonerations. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Davis, Hornsby
Kressenberg, Parrott and Mayor Wilson (5).
Mavor Wilson made the following appointment: Subject to the approval of the
Hoard of Commissioners, I hereby appoint the following persons to serve as members of
the Paducah -McCracken County Planning Commission:
Robert W. Levin to serve in the place and stead of Earl Smith for a period of
four (4) years from March 19, 1964.
J. K. Koster for the unexpired term of Dr. Norman A. Parrott, which term expires
on March 19, 1968.
Said Board to be composed of the following members:

Yressenherr, Parrott and Mayor Wilson (4). Commissioner Davis voted "No".
