Laborer ,' Floodwall Upon recommendation of Gene Guoff, Floodwall Superintendent, I move that John Layne be temporarily employed as a laborer in the Floodwall Department, effective January 1, 1965 at a salary of .x,1.55 per hour. Such employment is temporary and no civil service rights or other rights under anv law or ordinance shall be covered by this employment.
