Commissioner Kressenberr offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Hornsby, that the City Clerk read aloud the Minutes of the Rerular Meetinr of the Poard of Commissioner held on November 10, 196L, and the Adiourned Aleetinr• held on November 17, 196L. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Davis, Hornsby, Kressemberg and Payor ',lilson (4). Commissioner Kressenberr offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Hornsby, that the City Clerk having read aloud the Minutes of the Rerular Keetinr of this Board held on November 10, 19614, and the Adiourned Meeting held on November 17, 196L, I nose move that said P'inutes he approved as written. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Coimnission.- ers Davis, Fornsbv, Kressenberr and Mayor Wilson (4). Commissioner Davis offered the following motion, which was seconded by Commissions Kressenberr: I move that the Citv Clerk read aloud the original motion made at the Rerular Aleetinr, of this Board held on November 10, 196h, for the appointment of Dr. Norm A. Parrott, as a Commissioner of the City, to fill the vacancy caused by the resignation of A. B. Fendley, and that after reading same she shall proceed to call the roll for a vote thereon. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Davis, Hornsby, K.ressenberg and 1'.avor Stilson (4). Thereupon the original motion of November 10, 196L was read aloud by the City:, Clerk, and was adopted on call of the Roll, as follows: Yeas, Commissioners Davis, Horns' -7, Kressenberr and i'.avor Wilson (4). / Dr. Norman A. Commissioner Davis offered the followin- motion, seconded by Commissioner Hornsby: Upon recommendation of the Corporation Counsel and Assistant Corporation Counsel, I move that they, or either of them, be empowered to nevotiate a settlement in the ?15,000.00 Civil Action Do. 6335 in McCracken Circuit Court of Harvev Floyd a?ainst the City, for t} -e sur.. of ;:'-50.00, and upon securing a full and complete release, the City Treasurer be, and he is hereby, authorized to issue a check of the City for said sum of $850.00 payable to Harvey Floyd and Robert B. Reed, Attorney. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Davis, Hornsby, Kressenberr, Farrott and Mayor Wilson (5). Commissioner Hornsby offered motion that the action of R. L.
