At a Called Meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the Commission Chamber
of the City Hall, Paducah, Kentucky, at 5:00 P.M. on March 1, 1963, Mayor Cherry
presided and upon call of the roll the following answered to their names: Commissioners
Fendley, Gholson, Hornsby, Karnes and Mayor Cherry (5).
Mayor Cherry offered motion that the executed copies of the Notice of Called
Meeting to be held on March 1, 1963, be received and filed: Commissioners Fendley,
Gholson, Hornsby, Karnes and Mayor Cherry (5).
Charges The Charges which had been preferred by Paul Holland, Chief of Police, against
ac_ainst John;,
O'Donleyij John O'Donley, a member of the Police Department, were read by the City Clerk. The

d Board then proceeded to hear the evidence.
Judgment L/ After the evidence had been heard and considered, Commissioner Karnes offered
John O'Donley
the following motion: I move that the charges preferred by Paul Holland, Chief of
Police, against John O'Donley be, and they are hereby, dismissed. Adopted on call of
the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Fendley, Gholson, Hornsby, Karnes (4), Mayor Cherry
voted "No".
Nat Dortch V Commissioner Fendley offered motion that the resignation of Nat Dortch as a member!
Resignation
Urban Renewal of the Urban Renewal and Community Development Agency, be received, accepted and filed.

ADOPTED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS ON DECEMBER 2, 1947, AND AMENDED ON JANUARY 22,
1963", be adopted. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Fendley, Cho,son,�
