CorLnissioner Davis offered the followinr motion which was seconded by Commissioner Ferdley: It appears that I. Donald Farrinrton and his wife, T;ary Lee Farrinrton, owners of propert-> on Rustic Avenue, desire an extension of the existinr water rain from the intersection of Rustic Avenue to the common boundar• of their propert:- and that of the A. E. Cole Estate.
