Commissioner Hornsov offered motion that the petition sinned by Lindon H. CorLnissioner Davis offered the followinr motion which was seconded by Commissioner Ferdley: It appears that I. Donald Farrinrton and his wife, T;ary Lee Farrinrton, owners of propert-> on Rustic Avenue, desire an extension of the existinr water rain from the intersection of Rustic Avenue to the common boundar• of their propert:- and that of the A. E. Cole Estate. This will be a total of approximately 400 Bet of water main., and the Paducah Plater :forks recommends the installation of an 8 -inch rain in order to provide sufficient supply of water for both domestic and fire pro - purposes. 7, therefore, move that the petition of the aforementioned property owners, a rer-c=ended by the Commissioners of 'ilater '.forks, be received and filed, and that the ?ad'.cai .rater '.forks, throur-h its "oard of ;later Commissioners, be authorized to extend ',ire dater main as requested, and install one fire hydrant thereon. i further move that the adoption of this motion be considered an acreement on tFe part of the Cit; of Paducah to pa„ the fire hvdrant and main rental, as provided in the franchise, on the crater main and h-drant referred to above, said rentals to begin w:^.en the water r -rain and h1•drant have '-ween installed and placed in service.
