At a Rerular T•'eetinr of the Board of Commissioners held in the Commission Chamber
of the City Hall, Paducah, Kentucky, at 7:30 P.M. on June 23, 1961„ Mayor Wilson pre-
sided and upon call of the Roll the following answered to their names: Commissioners
Davis, Fendley, Hornsbv, Kressenberr, and bavor Wilson (5).
Mayor Wilson offered motion that the reading of the Minutes for June 9, 1964 be
waived and that the Minutes of said meeting prepared by the City Clerk be approved as
written. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Davis, Fendley, Hornsby,
Kressenberr and Dayor Milson (5).

Commissioner Hornsbv offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Kressenberg that the
Valley Street
Wendell Green of Wendell Green and wife, Sharon Arlene Green, for permission to make one 3A
inch connection to the existinrr 2 inch privately owned water pipe line located in Valley,
Street, and known as the Hub Smith Water Line, for the purpose of furnishing domestic
water to one residence only at 165 Valley Street, in McCracken County, Kentucky, and
outside the corporate limits of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, be received and filed,
and that the permission petitioned for therein be granted, subject to the terms and
conditions in said petition. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Davis,
Fendley, Hornsby, Kressenberr and Mayor Wilson (5).
File contract Commissioner Davis offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Fendley, that the

Forrinr Equip. I executed cope of the Contract between the City of Paducah and Brulin and Company, Inc.
for sale to the City of one (1) Dvna Fog 1200-B, manufactured by Curtis Dyna -Products
Corporation, be received and filed. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioner
Davis, Fendley, Hornsby, Kressenberr and Mayor Wilson (5).
Approve 11eville? Commissioner Davis offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Fendley that this Boa
Stone Airport
Corporation express its approval for the appointment of Neville Stone as a Director in the Paducah
Airport Corporation to replace George Crounse who has resigned as such Director. Adopt
on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Davis, Fendley, Hornsby, Kressenberr and Mayor
Wilson (5).
