Mayor Wilson offered motion that the reading of the Minutes for May 26, 1964 be waived and that the Minutes of said meeting prepared by the City Clerk be approved as written. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Davis, Fendley, Hornsby, Kressenberg and Mayor Wilson (5). Commissioner Davis offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Fendley, that the resignation of Wallace L. Grace as a member of the Paducah Police department, effective May 31, 1961,, be received, accepted and filed. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Davis, Fendley, Hornsby, Kressenberg and Mayor Jilson (5). Sell craves in Oak Commissioner Davis offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Fendley, as follows: Grove Cemetery to Claude L & ✓ I move that this Commission approve the sale by the City of Paducah to Claude L. & Pauline M. Vick I NI Pauline M. Vick of a portion of Lot No. 422 in Section 29 of Oak Grove Cemetery for the sum of $90.00. I further move that the City Clerk be authorized to execute a deed of Iiconveyance to said cemetery property. Evans, covering the period from September 9, 1963 to September 9, 196L, together with Bond of the said Jewel 0. Evans in the amount of $1000.00, dated A!ay 25, 1964, be received, approved and filed. Reeves of the south one- half of Lot No. 1 in Block No, 3 of the Mausoleum Addition to Oak Grove Cemetery for the sum of $400.00.
