Mayor Wilson offered motion that the reading of the Minutes for May 26, 1964 be waived and that the Minutes of said meeting prepared by the City Clerk be approved as written. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Davis, Fendley, Hornsby, Kressenberg and Mayor Wilson (5). Commissioner Davis offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Fendley, that the resignation of Wallace L. Grace as a member of the Paducah Police department, effective May 31, 1961,, be received, accepted and filed. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Davis, Fendley, Hornsby, Kressenberg and Mayor Jilson (5). Sell craves in Oak Commissioner Davis offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Fendley, as follows: Grove Cemetery to Claude L & ✓ I move that this Commission approve the sale by the City of Paducah to Claude L. & Pauline M. Vick I NI Pauline M. Vick of a portion of Lot No. 422 in Section 29 of Oak Grove Cemetery for the sum of $90.00. I further move that the City Clerk be authorized to execute a deed of Iiconveyance to said cemetery property. Liability Insurance Commissioner Davis offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Fendley, that the & Pond of Jewel 0. Evans liability insurance policy issued by General Accident, Fire and Life Assurance Cor- poration, Limited, to Jewel 0. Evans, covering the period from September 9, 1963 to September 9, 196L, together with Bond of the said Jewel 0. Evans in the amount of $1000.00, dated A!ay 25, 1964, be received, approved and filed. Sell Cemetery Commissioner Fendlev offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Davis, that this Lot to hrs. III_ R. L. Reeves I, Board approve the sale by the City,of Paducah to Mrs. R. L. Reeves of the south one- half of Lot No. 1 in Block No, 3 of the Mausoleum Addition to Oak Grove Cemetery for the sum of $400.00. He further maved that the City Clerk be authorized to execute i' a deed of conveyance to said cemetery property. Commissioner Hornsby offered the following motion, seconded by Commissioner Griffin LaForer St. K.ressenberr: Upon recommendation of Ray Kayse, Director of Public Works, I move that th Div terminate services of Larry L, Griffin, a temporary laborer in the Street Division of the Public Works Department, be terminated as of June 1, 1964.
