At a Rerular !Veetine of the Board of Commissioners held in the Commission Chambe
of the Cit_: Hall, Paducah, Kentucky, at 7:30 P.M. on January 11., 1961,, Mayor Wilson
presided and upon call of the Roll, the following answered to their names: Commissioner
Davis, Fendlev, Hornsby, Kressenber7 and Mayor 'Jilson (5).
F.ayor Wilson offered motion that the reading of the Minutes for December 10 & 27
1953 and January 6, 196L be Y,aived and that the Minutes of said meeting prepared by the
City Clerk be approved as written. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners
Davis, Fendley, Hornsby, Kressenberr and Mayor Nilson (5).
„ - Commissioner Hornsby offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Y,ressenberg, that
- the petition of idrs. 2elphyr Harrison for permission to make one 3/4 inch connection to
Vj the existing $ inch water main alone Friedman Lane owned by the Paducah :Vater Works, to
furnish ,rater to one residence only on property she owns, fronting 100 feet on the West
side of Friedman Lane in McCracken County, Kentucky, and outside the Corporate Limits of
the City of Paducah, Kentucky, be received and filed, and that the request in said
I petition be granted in accordance with the terms and conditions in said petition.

Commissioner Davis offered motion that the Board of Commissioners approve the

zed to execute a deed of conveyance to said cemetery grave. Adopted on call of the
Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Davis, Fendley, Hornsby, Kressenberg and Mayor Wilson (5).
Commissioner Fendley offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Davis, that the
of Commissioners approve the transfer from W.E.Glisson and wife, Dorothy Clisson, to
Clint Cunningham and wife, b.aye Cunningham, of Lot No. 11, Section 4 in Mausoleum
Addition to Oak Grove Cemetery, and that the City Clerk be directed to make the proper
transfer on the Cemetery Register. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners
Davis, Fendley, Hornsby, Kressenberg and flayor 'Wilson (5).
Commissioner Hornsby offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Kressenberg, that the
Board of Commissioners approve the sale by the City of Paducah to Mrs. Niner Woodard of
the Northeast corner of Lot No. 395 in Block No. 6 of the Rushing Addition to Oak Grove
Cemetery, and that the City Clerk be authorized to execute a deed of conveyance to said
cemetery grave. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Davis, Fendley,
Hornsby, Kressenberg and Mayor Wilson (5).

Board of Commissioners approve the sale by the City of Paducah to Paul Johnson of the
Southwest and Southeast corners of Lot No. 394 in Blocj No. 6 of the Rushing Addition to
Oak Grove Cemeterv, and that the City Clerk be authorized to execute a deed of
to said cemetery Braves. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Davis,
Hornsby, Kressenberr and Mayor Plilson (5).
Commissioner Kressenberg offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Hornsby, that
the resi.rnatior. of Emmett L. Bever as a member of the Paducah -McCracken County Planninr
Commission, dated January 7, 1961„ be received, accepted and filed. Adopted on call
of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Davis, Fendley, Hornsby, Kressenberg and Mayor Wilson
