Mayor Cherry offered motion that the executed copies of the Uotice of Called Teeting to be held on Larch 6, 1962 at 7:30 P.M., be received and filed. Adopted on ca of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Gholson, Karnes and '>Iayor Cherry (3). Commissioner Cholson offered motion that the Board of Commissioners approve the sale by the City of Paducah to Jenice Ellis of the South East corner of Lot No. 26 in Block No. $ of the Pushing Addition to Oak Grove Cemetery, and that the City Clerk be authorized to execute a deed of conveyance to said cemetery grave. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Gholson, Karnes and Mayor Cherry (3)• Commissioner Gholson offered motion that the Certificate of Insurance issued by Maryland Casualty Company to the City of Paducah covering work done by Harold L. Jones, d/b/a ,lest Kentucky Asphalt Paving Company, for a period of one year from Yarch 16, 1962, be received, approved and filed. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Gholson, Karnes and Mayor Cherry (3). Commissioner Karnes offered motion that the Certificate of Insurance issued by The Fidelity and Casualty Company of New York to Charles R. Hipkiss d/b/a Hipkiss Maintenance Service and The City of Paducah, Kentucky, for a period of one year from July 16, 1961, be received, approved and filed. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Gholson, Karnes and Mayor Cherry (3). Mayor Cherry offered motion that the report of the Police Department for the month of February, 1962,'be received and filed. B. Fendley has qualified as Commissioner of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, be received and filed.
