At a Called Meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the Commission Chamber
of the City Hall, Paducah, Kentucky, at '7:30 P.M. on October 9, 1961, Mayor Cherry
presided and upon call of the Roll the following answered to their names: Commissioners
Fendley, Gholson, Hook and Mayor Cherry (4). Commissioner Davis being absent (1).
Mayor Cherry offered motion that the executed copies of the Notice of Called
Meeting to be held on Ocbober 9, 1961, be received and filed. Adopted on call of the
Holl, Yeas, Members Fendley, Gholson, Hook and Mayor "herry (4).
Commissioner Fendley offered motion that the report of the police department
for the month of September, 1961, be received and filed. Adopted on call of the Roll,
Yeas, Commissioners Fendley, Gholson, Hook and Mayor sherry (4).
