Proceedings of Board of Commissioners CRY of Paducah February 14, 1959
At a Called Meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the Commission
Chamber of the City Hall, Paducah, Kentucky, at 10:30 A.M. on February 14, 1959
Mayor Jacobs presided and upon call of the Roll the following answered to their
names: Commissioners Gholson, Hook and Mayor Jacobs (3), Commissioners Fairhurst
and Fendley being absent (2).
Mayor Jacobs dffered motion that the executed copies of the Notice of
Called Meeting to be held at 10:30 A.M. on February 14, 1959, be received and filed.
Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Gholson, Hook and Mayor Jacobs (3).
Commissioner Gholson offered motion that an ordimance entitled: "AAI
Amend Section
6 of Zoning / ORDINANCE APPROVING THE FINAL REPORT OF THE PADUCAH PLANNING AND ZOP7ING COMMISSION

RESPECTING THE AMENDMENT OF SECTION 6 OF THE PADUCAH ZONING ORDINANCE, AND
AMENDING SAID SECTION", be adopted. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas,
Commissioners Gholson, Hook and Mayor Jacobs (3).
Commissioner Hook offered motion that the letter dated January 21, 1959,
from Kelsey R. Cummins, Mayor of Princeton, Kentucky, expressing the thanks of the
Princeton Board for the fine reception given them when they visited in Paducah on
January 20, be received and filed. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Comm-
issioners Gholson, Hook and Mayor Jacobs (3).
On motion the meeting adjourned.
