Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Hannin, Hughes, Jacobs, Riggs and Mayor Cherry (5). St. Lights ( / Commissioner Hannin offered motion that the Board of Commissioners receive and Ridgewood & ttt/// Court file the petition signed by R. D. Brown and others requesting installation of street Ridgewood &. Beyer lights at the following intersections: Court a Hilldale ` Ridgewood Avenue and Court Avenue Ridgewood Avenue and Beyer Lane �� Court Avenue and Hilldale Road !i I further move that the City Manager have an investigation made to determine whether or not these lights are needed, and if so, that he authorize the Kentucky Utilities Company to make such installation/ Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Hannin, Hughes, Jacobs, Riggs and Mayor Cherry (5). Transfer Commissioner Hughes offered the following motion: I move that the Board Cesetery lot . to Irtl:].n ;eva of Commissioners approve the transfer from G. J. Rankin and wife, Pearl Rankin, to Ra Er0wn Neva Rankin Brown of a tiro -grave space (8 feet to 10 feet) located on the northeasterl: portion of Lot No. 30 in Block Ifo. 14 in the New Addition to Oak Grove Cemetery. I further move that the City Clerk be directed to make the proper transfer on the Cemetery Register. Commissioner Jacobs offered the following motion: I move that an ordinance en- titled: "All ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2 OF Ali ORDINANCE ENTITLED: TAIL ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2 OF AN ORDINANCE ENTITLED: TALI ORDINANCE CREATING THE POSITION OF CLERK TO: THE JUDGE OF THE CITY POLICE COURT, AND FIXING THE SALARY TIM,REOFT, WHICH WAS ADOPTED BY THE BOARD OF COPWISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY ON JULY 18, 1932 , WHICH WAS ADOPTED BY THE BOARD OF CODIl',DISSIONERS ON SEPTEDIBER 28, 1954", be adopted.
