Battoe of Private Gcarba-e Paducah, Kentucky, R. F. D. ,-3 has made application for permit as a private collector ccllecto: for collecting,transporting and disposing of refuse as provided in Article VI, Section /,.-.A of the Rofuse Collection and Disposal Ordinance,such collection to be made from Augusta Tilghman HiLh School. I therefore move that such permit be granted to him for a period of six months 4 from this date upon payment in advance of the sum of ,,:12.00 for said six month period at the rate of }2.00 per mor_th.
