I i:ayor Fro Tem Jacobs offered notion that the reading of the Minutes for January 12, 1954 be waived and that the Minutes of said meeting as prepared by the City Ckeric be approved as written., Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Hannin, Iiughes, i?ijgs and :.:eye,. Pro Tem Jacobs (4). _ Commissioner Hughes offered motion that an ordinance entitled: "An ORDINA::C' ACCEPTING THE BID OF ALv3RP0PI BLAIR FOR THE COiISTRUCTI0i1 OF A SIEi'1 HIGH SCHOOL BUILDIIiG Ii: PADUCAII, TO BE FIIIA::CED BY THE ISSUANCE OF CITY OF PADUCAH SCHOOL BUILDING REVEIIUE BO:IDS; AUTH01IZI::G THE EaCUTIO:d OF A CO::TRACT AND PROVIDII'G THE TEIMS AIM COi:DITIO::S OF SAKE", be adopted. Commissioner Hannin offered motion that the petition of Fred Sills and wife, 011ie Sills, for permission to make one 3/4 inch connection to the privately owned water pipe line located on Houle Street for the purpose of furnishing water to one resirdence only upon Lot 14 in the Thompson Sub -Division and fronting 50 feet on Howle Street in !'::cCracken County, 'rertucky, and outside the corporate limits of the City of Paducah, i:entucky, be received and filed and that the request petitioned for therein be ,;ranted j subject to the terms and conditions in said petition.
