::ayor Jacobs offered motion that the reading of the iinutes for February 1,
1958 and February 3, 1958 be waived and that the I.inutes of said meetinrs as prepared
by the City Clerl: be approved as written. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas,
.ommissioners Fairhurst, Fendley, Gholson, Hoole and Mayor Jacobs (5).
7ornnissioner Fairhurst offered motion as follows: I move that the petition

at the corner of 24th and Seitz, together with a report from the police department
concerning the need for same, be received and filed; I further move that the City
tanager be requested to authorize installation of this light by the Kentucky Utilities
Cocpany. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Fairhurst, Fendley,
Gholson, hoot and iayor Jacobs (5).
Commissioner Gholson offered motion that the report of the police department
of arrests, fines and accidents for the month of January, 1958, be received and filed.

Payor Jacobs offered the following motion: I move that the Commendation of
the i`.ayor, Commissioners and City i:anager to the Police Department for its outstanding
