ailed iceting to be held at 12:00 Noon on Ilonday, February 3, 1958, be received and
filed. Adopted on call of the Goll, Yeas, Commissioners Fairhurst, Fendley, Gholson
and 3:ayor Pro Tem Hook (4).

y Project in Paducah, I{entucky, I move that the following instruments be received and

filed:
1. Plans and specifications prepared by Johnston Zs Seay Architects.
2. A letter of the Department of Education approving such plans and
specifications.
3. A letter of Johnston Seay, Architects concerning such plans and
s?ecifications.
1,. An attested copy of a resolution of the Board of Education of the City
of Paducah, Kentucky providing that land at 9th and Caldwell Streets in Paducah,

be conveyed to the City of Paducah as prescribed in Chapter 162 of the
.._:a:uc'_;• 'evised Statutes; also approving the aforesaid plans and specifications;
%17o requesting the City Clerk to advertise for bids for the construction of said schoo
--'no offering to lease the property from the City as set out in the aforesaid Chapter
