Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Fairhurst, Fendley, Gholson, Ilook and I'.ayor Jacobs (5) . Commissioner Fairhurst offered motion that the resignation of John Gibson as a member of the Paducah Police Department effective February 3, 1958, be received, filed and accepted as of said date. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Fairhurst, Fandley, dholson, Hook and :;ayor Jacobs (5). Commissioner Hook offered motion that the Financial Report of the Paducah Junior College for the year 1957, together vrith the proposed budZet for the year 1958, be received and filed. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Co„sniscionero Fairhurst, Fendley, Gholson, Hoole and F,ayor Jacobs (5) . Commissioner Fairhurst offered motion that R. E. Goodman be employed as a tcmporar laborer in the Refuse Division of the Public ',forks Department at .,;1.22?. per hour, effective January 22, 1958. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Fairhurst, Fendley, Gholson, Hoole and Nayor Jacobs (5). Commissioner Fendley offered motion that cJarren 0. ::orris be promoted from his present position of Nochanic I:olper to the position of Auto Repairman in the Public Works Department at an hourly wNa c of ;1.62, rthich shall be exclusive of any automatic arae increase, and such appointment to be effective as of January 20, 1954.
