Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Clark, Lally, Trevathan and Mayor Jacobs (4). Commissioner Lally offered motion that the petition of Paul Stambaugh and his wife, Maribel Stambaugh, for permission to make one 3A -inch connection to a 6" :water pipe lin owmed by the Paducah Plater :forks so as to furnish water to one residence only located upon lots 46 and 47 and parts of lots 48 and 1;9 in Block "B" Sunset Court Subdivision to the City of Paducah, Kentucky, fronting approximately 91 feet on the north side of Court Avenue in McCracken County Kentucky, and outside the Corporate Limits of the City of Paducah,. Kentucky, be received and filedand that the request petitioned for therein be granted subject to the terms and conditions in said petition. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Clark, Lally, Trevathan and 1ayor Jacobs (1r). Commissioner Clark offered motion that the letter from members of the police depart• ment thanking the >layor and Commissioners for the nice pay raise which they have receive be received and filed. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Clark, Lally Trevathan and Kayor Jacobs (4). Commissioner Lally offered motion that the letter of Rulie Elliott, Chief of Police dated December 5, 1957, recommending to the Mayor and Commissioners that the three men i the police department who ride motorcycles, be given an additional ..'25.00 clothing allow ance per year to cover the cost of extra cleaning and extra wear and tear on clothing, be received and filed. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Clark, Lally, Trevathan and 1:ayor Jacobs (4). Commissioner Lally offered motion that the resignation of Leonard A. Parker as a member of the Fire Department of the City of Paducah be received, filed and accepted as of December 1, 1957. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yoas, Commissioners Clark, Lally, Trevathan and iayor Jacobs (!r).
