At a Regular Fleeting of the Board of Commissioners held in
the Co^aission Chamber of the City Hall, Paducah, Kentucky, at 8:30 A.M. on
Sdovember 2, 1957, Eayor Jacobs presided and upon call of the Roll the follo;ring
answered to their names: Commissioners Clark, Lally, icBride, Trevathan and
t.ayor Jacobs (5).
;•iayor Jacobs offered motion that the reading of the 'Minutes
for October 26, 1957 be waived and that the dinutes of said meeting as prepared by
the City Clerk be approved as written. Adopted on call of the Poll, Yeas,
Commissioners Clark, Lally, I.'cBride, Trevathan and Mayor Jacobs (5).
Commissioner Clark offered motion that the letter from Edward
D. Comm, Colonel, Corps of Engineers, dated October 1$, 1957, relative to the Fall
Semiannual inspection of the Paducah Flood Protection Project, be received and filed.
Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Clark, Lally, i•icBride, Trevathan
and F'.ayor Jacobs (5).
Letter thank' Commissioner Lally offered motion that the letter from P•Irs. R. A.
waste cans (
LeDoux, Citizenship Chairman, McCracken County Homemakers Association, expressing
appreciation for granting of their request that trash cans be placed on the down -
to -an streets, be received and filed. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas,
Commissioners Clark, Lally, McBride, Trevathan and Mayor Jacobs (5).
