Mayor Cherry offered motion that copies of Notice of Called :fleeting to be held at 7:30 P.M. on April 20, 1954, be received and filed. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Hannin, Hughes, Jacobs, Riggs and I•ayor Cherry (5.) Commissioner Hannin offered motion that the following bids submitted for sal to the City of Paducah of gasoline, etc. be received and filed: Standard Oil Company E. M. Bailey Distributing Company Mid -Continent Petroleum Corporation Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Hannin, Hughes, Jacobs, Riggs and Mayor Cherry (5). Thomas J. Nblan Commissioner Hughes offered motion that the statement of Thomas J. Nolan & Riverside Hospital v Sons in the amount of 0?41,106.66 which represents 6; of Contract price of $866,816.00, Addition also the letter from Harold L. Sullivan, Chairman of Riverside Hospital Commission, approving the payment of said account, be received and filed, and that payment thereof be approved and the City Treasurer be directed to pay same from funds in the Riverside Hospital Building Account. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Hannin, i; Hughes, Jacobs, Riggs and Mayor Cherry (5). Pay American Commissioner Hughes offered motion that the statement of the American Laundry Each. Comp Laundry Machinery Company in the amount of :22,829.00, which represents the purchase Hospital equipment price of laundry equipment for the Riverside Hospital building, also the letter from I! Harold L. Sullivan, Chairman of the Riverside Hospital Commission, approving the payment i' of said amount, be received and filed and that payment thereof be approved and the City �I Treasurer be directed to pay same from funds in the Riverside Hospital Building Fund Account. Liability Commissioner Hughes offered motion that the Board of Commissioners receive, Policy amuiem©nt file and approve liability policy issued by Underwriters at LloydTs, London, England dev Noblo Park to W. 1.1. Gurley and The City of Paducah, Kentucky covering various amusement devices located at Noble Park in Paducah, Kentucky, for a period of one year from March 1, 1954.
