At a Called 2•;eeting of the uoard of Cor..missio:wrs ]:old in the Commission
of the City Hall, Paducah, Kentucky, at 12:00 ''oon DST on May 1, 1957, Mayor
^resided and upon call of the Roll the following answered to their names:

.:ayor Jacobs offered motion that the executed copies of the Notice of Called
Meeting to be held at 12:00 boon DST on Nay 1, 1957, be received and filed. Adopted
on call of the Roll, Peas, Commissioners Clark, Lally, McBride, Trevathan and :dayor
Jacobs (5).
Commissioner Clark offered motion that theemployment of Louis Johnson on !-!arc]
21, 1957 by H. L. Skinner, Cemetery Superintendent, for temporary seasonal work, be
ratified and confirmed as of said date and that said person be paid for such work at
the rate of •„1.11; per hour. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners
Clark, Lally, :cBride, Trevathan and Mayor Jacobs (5).
Commissioner Lally offered motion that the report of the police department on
improper parking and drunk under the wheel for the period ending April 23, 1957, be
received and filed. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Clark, Lally,
:cBride, Trevathan and Mayor Jacobs (5).
Commissioner McBride offered motion that the resignation of "harles A.
Williams, as a member of the Riverside Hospital Board, be received, filed and accepted,
Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Clark, Lally, K]eBride, Trevathan
and Mayor Jacobs (5) .
Commissioner Trevathan offered motion that an ordinance entitled: "Ail
ORDINA?:CE FI711IG AND ESTABLISHING THE SALARIES OF THE MAYOR OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY AND OF EACH :ig-MER OF THE BOARD OF COI-RUSSIONERS THEREOF", be adopted.
Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Clark, Lally, McBride, Trevathan
and Mayor Jacobs (5).
