April 13, 1954 At a Regular I•Ieeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the Commission Chamber of the City Hall, Paducah, Kentucky, at 7:30 P•'-` on April 13, 1954, Idayor Pro Tem Jacobs presided in the absence of I•?ayor Cherry and upon call of the Roll the following answered to their names: Commissioners Hannin, Hughes, Riggs and Idayor Pro o!,: Jacobs (4) . idayor Pro Tem Jacobs offered motion that the reading of the Minutes for ,arch 30 and April 6, 1954 be waived and that the &iinutes of said meetings as prepared by the City Clerk be, approved as written. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, i' Commissioners Hannin, Hughes, Riggs and Mayor Pro Tem Jacobs (4)• Close alley Commissioner Hannin offered motion that the copy of a motion passed by the Brid-e at U cony of / Paducah Planning and Zoning Commission on April 7, 1954, recommending the closing of an Zoning ad alley at the rear of property on Bridge Street adjacent to the Bridge Street Shopping Center, be received and filed. J Sanderson ° North 26th Street, Paducah, Kentucky, against the City of Paducah in the sum of :36.75 for damage to his 1953 Studebaker automobile caused by a vehicle owned by the City of Paduca• on February 16, 1954 at or near 4th and Broadway be allowed and that the City Treasurer be and he is hereby authorized and directed to issue a check of the City of Paducah to the order of Janes T.
