Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Clark, Lally, DlcBride, Trevathan and Mayor Jacobs (5). Tax Exonera- ;/ Commissioner Clark offered motion that exonerations prepared and deliver tions 19469 t! thrn 19L79 ed by the City Treasurer, being 1191,69 through ?/1.9479, inclusive, be recni.ved and filed, and that th- amo,ints of same totali.nP '261,99 be exonerated on the tax bills shoam and desicnated by said exonerations. Flanninr is Commissioner Lally offered motion that this Board receive and file copy Zoning Comm --turn uiriqe4 of a motion passed by the Paducah Planning and Zoning Commission on December 19, 1.956, appropriation in which it states that the Commission will not require the full amount budgeted by the Board of Commissioners for Planning and Zoning purposes during the year 1956, and re- linouishinf, its rlaim to all of such amount in excess of w0.200.00, the excess in the amount of x;1,:530.$6 to be made available to the Board of Commissioners for other uses.
