At a Regular Meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the Commission

Chamber of the City Hall, Paducah, Kentucky, at 7:30 P.M. on November 27, 1956, Mayor
Jacobs presided and upon call of the Roll the following answered to their names:
�j Commissioners Clark, Lally, McBride, Trevathan and Mayor Jacobs (5).
Mayor Jacobs offered motion that the reading of the Minutes for November
20, 1956 be waived and that the Minutes of said meeting as prepared by the City Clerk
be approved as written. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Clark,
Ially, McBride, Trevathan and Mayor Jacobs (5).
Street light ✓ / Commissioner Clark offered motion that the petition signed by William H.
Turner, O•wen�s
& Norton StsIj Dunkerson, 2900 Turner Street, and others in that vicinity, requesting the installatior
of a street light at the intersection of Turner, Owens and Norton Streets, and the

recommendation of the Police Department concerning same be received and filed and that
the City Manager be authorized to request the Kentucky Utilities Company to make said
installation. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Clark, Lally,

Commissioner Trevathan offered motion that Patrolman Durward Johnson be, and he is

at a salary of 3272.00 per month, effective December 1, 1956. Adopted on call of th
