Mayor Pro Tem Trevathan offered motion that the reading of the Minutes for li i; October 16, 1956 be waived and that the Minutes of said mseting as prepared by the II City Clerk be approved as written. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Clark, Lally, McBride and Payor Pro Tem Trevathan (¢). Letter R.A. I,' Commissioner Clark offered motion that the letter from R. A. Philpot exprossi.ng Philpot gratitude to the City on the fine work in cleaning the ditches on 29th street between Georgia and Cornell Streets, be received and filed. Homer Commissioner Clark offered motion that Homer Skinner be, and he is hereby, Skinner Cemetery employed as Cemetery Superintendent effective October 17, 1956, at a salary of ;270.00 Supt. per month, pursuant to, an ordinance creating such position adopted by the Board of Commissioners on September 11, 1956.
