Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Clark, ::cBride, Trevathan and Mayor Jacobs (4). Commissioner Clark offered motion that the Board of Commissioners receive, approve and file Certificate of Insurance issued by Hartford Accident and Indemnity Company to Pittsburgh Plate Glass Company covering the use of the crane located at 128 South 3rd Street for the three (3) year period from July 1, 1956 to July 1, 1959. Commissioner Clark offered motion that the letter from the Board of Education dated July 13, 1956 relative to a tax equalization program, be received and filed.
