Mayor Jacobs offered motion that the reading of the Minutes for March 13, 1956 be waived and that the Minutes of said meeting as prepared by the City Clerk be approved as written. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Clark, Gangnath, McBride and Mayor Jacobs (4). Water connec- Commissioner Clark offered motion that the petition of Marshall Nemer and Marcia tion Marshall Nemer Minerva Nemer for permission to make one 3/4 inch connection to a 2 inch privately owned water Place pipeline, owned by Loren M. Jones, so as to furnish water to one residence only to be constructed on 73 feet off the north side of lot No. B in Block No. $ and 22 feet off the south side of Lot No. 7 in Thurman*s Minerva Place Addition to the City of Paducah, fronting 95 feet on the west side of Minerva Place in McCracken County, Kentucky, and outside thecorporate limits of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, be received and filed, and that the request for permission therein be granted, subject to the terms and con- ditions set out in said petition. M. Harper and J. E. w Gray d/b/a Harper and Gray for a period of one year from March 18, 1956; also Memo- randu•*n of Insurance issued by the Fidelity and Casualty Company of New York to 111. E. Refuse Commissioner McBride offered the following motion: I move that the SETTLEMENT: Settlement reb. 1956 CITY REFUSE ACCOUNTS - February 29, 1956, prepared and submitted by the Paducah Water corks, be received and filed. I further move that the check in the amount of "'10,161.92 be turned over to the City Treasurer to be deposited in the General Fund.
