The meeting was called for the purpose of hcarin�: charges preferred by Lloyd C. Emery, City idanaUer, against Omar Eugene Lee a police officer of the City of Paducah. After hearing the evidence, Commissioner Trevathan offered the followinj, motion: 2 move that the Board of Commissioners adopt the following and attached findings of fact and judgment upon charges preferred by Lloyd C. Emery, City Sana&er, against Omar Eugene Lee: i1The Kayor and Board of Commissioners having heard the evidence upon charges preferred against the defendant, Over Eugene Zoe, by Lloyd C. Emery, City ?-Tanager, and being sufficiently advised that the defendant has been guilty of violating Rules itas. 7 and 11 of an ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners on January 7, 1947, which rules read as follows: 117.
