authorized to release the bond of Robert C. Charry, former T•iayor of the City of Paduc•h
Kentucky, as such, and the bond of Schultz Riggs, former Commissioner of the City of
Paducah, Kentucky, as such, insured by ;:e:: Amsterdam Casualty Company, covering their
ter -.s as such officers which terms have expired. Adopted on call of the Roll,

Commissioner Clark offered notion that the Board of Commissioners approve the
sale by the City of Paducah to Bessie Bishop of the west- one-half of Lot ilo. 11 in
2locz:;:o. 7 of the RushinS Addition to Oak Grove Cemetery, and that the City Cler'::
be authorized to execute a deed of conveyance to said cemetery lot. Adopted on
