Jacobs presided and upon call of the Roll the following answered to their names:

Mayor Jacobs offered motion that the reading of the Minutes for January

3, 1956 be waived and that the Minutes of said meetin_ as prepared by the City Clerk
be approved as written. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Clark,
Gan-nath, ;cBride, Trevathan and 1Pzyor Jacobs (5).

the City of Paducah, Kentucky, fronting 62.30 feet on the north side of Court Avenue
in I:cCracken County, 'Kentucky, and outside the corporate limits of the City of Paducah,
Kentucky, be received and filed and that the request petitioned for therein be granted
subject to the terms and conditions in said petition. Adopted on call of the Holl,
Yeas, Commissioners Clark, Gangnath, I•IcBride, Trevathan and Mayor Jacobs (5).
Commissioner Clark offered motion that the Board of Commissioners receive

York pootecting the City with respect to work done by Dan Littleton d/b/a Littleton
Flu::bin- Zr. 1leatin Company for a period of one year from January 5, 1956; also bond
of Carl E. Young in the amount of .;1,000 dated January 5, 1956. Adopted on call

Commissioner Clark offered motion that the Board of Commissioners approve

Block ido. 7 of the Rushing Addition to Oak Grove Cemetery, and that the City Clerk
be auth, rized to execute a deed of conveyance to said cemetery lot. Adopted on call
