Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Clark, Gangnath, McBride, Trevathan and Mayor Jacobs (5). Commissioner McBride offered motion that Commissioner Ed Trevathan be nomina Mayor Pro Tem. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Clark, Gangnath, 1•1cBride, Trevathan and Mayor Jacobs (5). Commissioner Trevathan offered the following motion: I move that the petition signed by :°i.3. Holley and others requesting that a street light be installed at the corner of 26th and Lindsey be received and filed. I further move that the City Manager be directed to have an investigation made to determine the need for this light, and if said light is needed that he instruct the Kentucky Utilities Company to make such installation. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Clark, Gangnath, McBride, Trevathan and Mayor Jacobs (5). Commissioner Clark offered motion that the Order of the McCracken County Court in the matter of the qualification of the newly elected i•ayor and Commissioners, be received and filed. Commissioner Gangnath offered motion that the letter from Paducah Automotive Trades Association regarding closing of places of business on Sundays, be received and filed. Commissioner idcBride offered motion that the Board of Co:maissioners i•ccoi.ve, I.le and approve liability policy issued by The Fidelity and Casualty Company of I;Qtr York to C. C. _:ngland and 11. C. Ruggles, Jr covering truckinL operations within th,. City of Paducah for a period of one year from January 1, 1956.
