D„eember 20, 1955 At a Regular Meeting of the Board of Co;nnissioners held in the Commission Chamber of the City lull, Paducah, Kentucky, at 7:30 P.IL. on December 20, 1955, Mayor Cherry presided and upon call of the Roll the folloVnng answered to their names: Conuuissionero Iiannin, Hughes, Jacobs, Riggs and 14ayor Cherry (5). Mayor Cherry offered motion that the reading of the iinutes for December 6, 9, 13 and 16, 1955 be waived and that the ',inutes of said 2•:eeting as prepared by the City Clerk be approved as written. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Hannin Hughes, Jacobs, Riggs and ilayor Cherry (5). Liability Commissioner Hannin offered motion that the Board of Commissioners receive, approv policy Vandevelde and file iemorandum of Insurance issued by The Fidelity and Casualty Company of hent York l: Augustus protecting the City with respect to work done by Charles Vandevelde, d/b/a Vandevelde & Augustus for a period of one year from January 1, 1956. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Hannin, Hughes, Jacobs, Riggs and Mayor Cherry (5). Exoneratio s Commissioner Jacobs offered motion that exonerations prepared and delivered by u 10201, thr 19044 the City Treasurer, being x,'1$$04 through 719044, inclusive, be received and filed, and E that the amounts of same totaling ;95,993.1$ be exonerated on the tax bills shown and designated by said exonerations.
