i•ayor Cherry offered motion that copies .of the Notice of Called I•ieeting to be
held at 11:00 A.M. on Friday, December 16, 1955, be received and filed. adopted on call
o° the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Hannin, Hughes, Jacobs, Riggs and Mayor Cherry (5).
Transfer Commissioner Hannin offered motion that the Board of Commissioners approve

Contract Commissioner Hughes offered motion that the contract entered into between the

Mayor Cherry offered motion that the letter dated December 11, 1955,
addressed to Mayor Cherry, relative to actions of certain policemen, be received
