At a Regular Meeting of the Board of Commissioners scheduled to be hold
at 7:30 P.Di. on November 15, 1955, in the Commission Chamber of the City Hall
Paducah, Kentucky, ;;ayor Cherry and Commissioner Hannin were the only members
present, therefore the meeting was not held due to the lack of a quorum.
