Ata Regular Meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the Commi3sion
Chamber of the City Hall, Paducah, Kentucky, at 7:90 P. bi. on November 8, 1955,

(( 'Nayor Cherry presided and upon call of the Roll the following answered to their
Eames: Commissioners Hannin, Jacobs, Riggs and Mayor Cherry (4).
Mayor Cherry offered motion that the reading of the Minutes for November 1,
1955 be waived and that the Minutes of said meeting as prepared by the City Clerk
be approved as written. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Hannin,
Jacobs, Riggs and Mayor Cherry (y.).
Bd of Equal ✓ Commissioner Hannin offered the folloiring motion: I move that the letter
Extend time
to December of the Board of Equalization dated November 7, 1955 requesting an extension of time
17, 12:00 N
until Noon on December 17, 1955, be received and filed.
I further move that an extension of time be granted to and including 12:00
Moon on December 17, 1955, and that the Board continue with the work of equalizing
the assessments against real and personal property until that date and time.
The reason for granting such extension is that the Board of Equalization
has stated it needs such additional time in which to complete its work and hear any
�I complaints against its action. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners
Hannin Jacobs Riggs and Mayor Cherry (4).
Sell grave !/ Commissioner Jacobs offered motion that the Board of Commissioners approve

Nathaniel the sale by the City of Paducah to Nathaniel Lesueur of Grave No. 81 in Block No. 8

of the Rushing Addition to Oak Grove Cemetery, and that the City Clerk be authorized
to execute a deed of conveyance to said cemetery grave. Adopted on call of the
Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Hannin, Jacobs, Riggs And Mayor Cherry (4).
