At a ;<e;;ular i:eeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the Connission
Chamber of tha City Ball, Paducah, Kentucky, at 7:30 P.11. on i -larch 15, 1955, i6ayor
Cherry presided and upon call of the Roll the following answered to their names:
Commissioners Hannin, Hu`hes, Jacobs and iayor Cherry (4), Commissioner Riggs beim
absent (1)
-..ayor Cherry offered motion that the reading of the Minutes for lurch 8, 1955
be waived and that the ainutes of said meeting as prepared by the City Clerk be
approved as smitten. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Hannin,
Hughes, Jacobs and i•:ayor Cherry (4) .
Commissioner Jacobs offered motion that the Board of Commissioners receive,
file and approve liability insurance policy issued by the National Union Indemnity
Company to the City of Paducah covering work done by Leslie A. Feast for a period of
one year from .-larch 27, 1955; also bond of Youngblood Plumbing " Heating Supply Compan
in the sum of ."1,000.00 dated February 28, 1955. Adopted on call o= the Roll,
Yeas, Corsissioners Hannin, Hughes, Jacobs and i•iayor Cherry (fy).
Commissioner Hughes offered the follosring motion: I move that an ordinance
