Chamber of the City Hall, Paducah, Kentucky, at 7:30 P -I" on I•larch 8, 1955, I.layor
Cherry presided and upon call of the Roll the following answered to their names:
Coruaissioners Hannin, Hu rhes, Jacobs, Riggs and F.ayor Cherry (5) .
::ayor Cherry offered motion that the reading of the 11inutes for March 1 and
.,:rch 4, 1955 be waived and that the MLinutes of said meeting, as prepared by the City
Clerk be approved as rmitten. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners
Hannin, Hughes, Jacobs, Riggs and Mayor Cherry (5).

Settle Glal i Commissioner Hannin offered motion that the claim of Louis Starr against the

City in the sum of x295.00 for damages done to a motor vehicle o=ed by him by a truck
o;•med by the City on or about -May 13, 1954, be allowed, and that the City Treasurer be,
and he is hereby, directed to issue a check of the City in said amount to the said
Louis Starr and his Attorney, Charles A. Williams, after securing a full and complete
release. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Hannin, Hughes, Jacobs,
Riggs and Mayor Cherry (5).
